We offer free shipping to your door on orders of $75 or more within Essex County. Orders under $75 will be subject to a shipping charge calculated at checkout.
Ontario Wide Shipping
We offer free shipping to your door on orders of $150 or more in Ontario. Orders under $150 will be subject to a shipping charge calculated at checkout.
Delivery Time
Orders are normally delivered within 2-3 business days. Delays might occur due to inclimate weather or increased holiday volume.
Shipping Terms
Delivery times are measured in business days, on orders placed before 11AM. Any orders past this time will be considered the next day.
We do not process orders on weekends or Ontario holidays.
Delivery costs include applicable taxes.
We do not deliver to PO boxes.
If access to your location requires an access code or use of a buzzer please include instructions in the order details.
Returns
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the recipient’s address is correct. If you have listed incorrect shipping details, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges that may be incurred due to returns or re-shipments.
Online Purchases: With a valid proof of purchase (an email invoice), any bottled product may be returned for exchange only, provided the item is unopened, in saleable condition (unopened, label and capsule intact, etc.), of the current vintage and was purchased in the last 14 days. The product will be exchanged for an item at the original purchase price shown on the email invoice. You will be required to pay for any additional applicable shipping charges.
